Kids Program

Age group: 4 to 14 years old.

Program duration: We have 8 levels, and each level has 8 classes.

Program type: Available as group or private classes.

Benefits:

From basic water safety to advanced strokes, our swimming coaches guide the kids through every step, ensuring they gain confidence and competence in the pool. Learning how to swim is a lifelong confidence builder to help kids feel empowered in the water and beyond. Swimming is also a fun way for kids to stay active, improve their health, and build endurance. 

Adults Program

Age group: 14 and above. 

Program duration: We have 8 levels, and each level has 8 classes.

Our certified coaches design classes to your unique needs and goals to enhance your skills. Swimming is a low-impact, full-body workout that promotes cardiovascular health, muscle tone, and endurance, making it beneficial for your well-being. The calming effect of water combined with the rhythm of swimming also makes it a great way to unwind, reduce stress, and boost your mental well-being. 

Ladies-Only Aqua Fitness

Age group: 14 and above. 

Program type: Available as group classes. 

Benefits: 

Aqua Fitness provides a full-body workout with minimal stress on joints, making it ideal for all fitness levels. It enhances muscle tone, improves cardiovascular health, increases flexibility, promotes relaxation, and reduces stress, creating a positive experience in the water. These classes are designed to empower women providing them a comfortable and private setting where they can work out freely and confidently. 

Baby & Toddler Program

Age group: 6 months to 3 years old. 

Program duration: We have 8 levels, and each level has 8 classes. 

Program type: Available as group or private classes. 

Benefits: 

We equip participants with essential skills that could save their lives in an emergency, reducing the risk of drowning. We help them build water confidence by making them feel comfortable in the swimming pool. With gentle, engaging methods, we help your little one feel at ease and enjoy the water. Additionally, swimming activates both sides of the body, supporting the cognitive growth and development in young babies and toddlers. 

 

Free Swimming

Age group: 14 and above.

Membership: Monthly subscription or single visit
